Suggested use
Take one (1) capsule twice a day as a dietary supplement. For best results, take 20–30 min before a meal with an 8 oz glass of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Will this work for me?
We genuinely don't know, and anyone who tells you otherwise about a supplement is guessing at best. Responses to adaptogens vary, the research is uneven, and we're not permitted to promise an outcome — nor would we want to. The 14-day guarantee is our answer to that uncertainty: it moves the risk off you and onto us.
Why is there no withanolide percentage?
Because we don't have a third-party assay in hand for the current batch. A printed percentage with no accompanying certificate is a marketing number, not a measurement. When we have the document, the number and the document both go on this page.
Is this a branded extract like KSM-66 or Sensoril?
We're not claiming either. Those are trademarked, specified extracts and using their names requires a licence and a spec we would have to be able to prove. Our label says organic ashwagandha root, and that's what it is.
Am I signing up for a subscription?
Not unless you deliberately choose to. One-time purchase is selected by default and stays selected unless you change it. We don't pre-tick the subscription, hide the one-time option, or make the subscription price the only one shown.
Who shouldn't take this?

The root is grown and hand-harvested on the farm photographed on this page. Encapsulation and bottling happen in the USA.
